The best knife we have used! Good Mission, Great Owners, Great results!

If you havent used these oyster knives yet, you need to. We have a private shucking business (hightideoyster) and work as Wedding shuckers for a oyster farmer (Barnegat Oyster Collective) here in new jersey. We do on average 300 oysters + a gig. Not only does this knife stand the test of time. Its comfortable and reliable. It fits so nicely in your hand, the length of the blade is perfect and the bent nose helps with getting a angle to pop those babies open! We are a fan of these knives and will continue to tell not only our shuckers to use them, but the crowds of people that swarm the tables. ANNNNND they are made from Oceanianic plastics, so it's a win win and highly recommend to all shuckers and oyster enthusiasts!

Great Clam knife!

I am an oyster shucker, and I used to shuck clams like an oyster...from the hinge. Yes, go on get your judging out of the way. JetSamLI sent over some great instructions along with the knife and now I can safely say I know how to shuck clams properly. Great buy, highly recommended.
