The Jetsam Clam Knife is the only clam knife fully committed to clean our waters. The handle’s design reflects the geography of our local water, and is made using recycled plastics! Our second iteration of this knife (RV2) uses a high quality steel and with a revised bevel to make the knife even thinner. With emphasis on quality and functionality our knife aims to be staple of your coastal kitchen collection. Inspired by our love for the Great South Bay and spending summer days clamming with friends, this knife is our way of sharing our passions with you. As with all Jetsam products, a portion of all sales are donated to organizations committed to cleaning waterways around the world.
